Nonprofit Marketing
Most recently I've led Easterseals' digital campaign to protect Medicaid. This included writing and developing an extensive email campaign complete with an online petition and story collection mechanism that led to more than 200 stories sent to Congress, a hub of online resources, and a corresponding Twitter chat that generated more than 1 million impressions and garnered follow-up media coverage.
Healthcare Marketing
Hermey the elf from the classic TV special Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer got one step closer to realizing his dream of becoming a dentist during my watch at the American Dental Association, where I also wrote this social media guide for dentists. I also have experience in writing healthcare product collateral including video scrips and storyboarding.
Education and Training
From social media training webinars, to writing and producing videos to improve the customer service experience, creating training and education resources has been a highlight of my career.
